Well, maybe it’s just me that’s excited…
I mentioned the other day that I have decided to be a Beachbody coach. What does that mean? Well, I don’t have a body that’s ready for the beach, but I am working on it! I have committed myself to be happy, healthy, and active; and I want to help achieve their goals also! The exciting news is I just set up my websites for Beachbody products and Shakeology.

At first I wasn’t too sure about using a dietary supplement like this, but let me tell ya, I am hooked. I replace my breakfast with vanilla Shakeology, and it is fabulous. I usually add coffee, unsweetened cocoa powder, and vanilla almond milk. It’s like Starbucks but SUPER healthy and tastes great. There are tons of recipes and foods you can add to the shake to suit your liking, and there are multiple flavors as well. I figure this is much better than the processed granola bar and coffee loaded with cream and sugar that I was used to drinking!
