Orders
How long until my order arrives?
Every shirt is made to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days before it ships, and then delivery usually takes a few more days within the continental US, and a little longer internationally. Weekends and holidays don't count as business days. Order early if you have a trip coming up.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because shirts are made to order, we can't always change one that's already in production. If we catch it in time, we will. Email support@cornerofmain.com with your order number as soon as you can.
My order says delivered, but it never showed up.
File a claim with the delivery service and email us too, and we'll look at it case by case. Refunds for lost packages are only available if you added shipping protection at checkout.
Sizing and exchanges
The shirt doesn't fit. Can I exchange it?
Yes. Start the exchange within 21 days of delivery, with the shirt unworn and unwashed. Email support@cornerofmain.com and tell us what you'd like instead. We'll write back within 24 hours (the next Monday if it's a weekend or holiday) with instructions for sending it back. We can't offer return labels at this time.
Can I return something for a refund?
Because every shirt is made to order, we can only refund a shirt that's defective or misprinted.
What's the difference between Next Level and 100% cotton shirts?
Next Level shirts are lighter and more fitted, so the sleeves run a little snug. They breathe well on hot days. If you like a looser fit, size up. The 100% cotton shirts are Comfort Colors: heavier, boxier, and closer to true to size.
Do the shirts shrink?
Both the Next Level and Comfort Colors shirts are pre-shrunk. Follow the washing instructions on the tag.

Are the shirts official park merchandise?
No. We're an independent, family-run shop, and our designs are fan-made nods to the places our family loves.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. They're delivered by email, right after checkout or on a date you choose, and they work on any design, fit, and size.
What is a Mystery shirt?
You pick the fit and we pick the design, at a lower price. Mystery shirts are final sale.
My shirt has a slight smell. Is that normal?
Yes. We use a water-based pretreatment so the design stays vibrant, and it can leave a temporary scent. One wash and it's gone.
Problems
My shirt is defective or misprinted.
We're sorry about that. Email support@cornerofmain.com with a photo of the problem. If it's defective, we'll send a new one right away.
